Distinctive and highly functional for tieing up your watercraft. Flips up when in use and folds back into the base when not in use. Round and smooth edges. The low-profile cleat flips up easily for use. Easy to install. An enlarged counter-sink hole makes installation easy with a socket. Features 2 (6 in.) or 3 (8 in.) mounting holes. The 6 in. fits 3/8 in. bolts. The 8 in. fits 7/16 in. bolts. It can be through-bolt or lag-bolted.
